Regalia was founded in 1965 by Daphne Brooking and has, since then, grown into a substantial manufacturer and retailer of a variety of items of apparel. The company's management team is as follows:-

Brian Spitteler: Managing Director
Mr Spitteler is an experienced businessman who took over the reins of Regalia Craft in 1997. Since then, the business has expanded considerably and with an increasing emphasis on technology and the internet.

Marisa Dagostino: Director and Manager
Mrs Dagostino has worked with Regalia Craft since 1970 and assumed the role of Manager in 1985. Her overview of the manufacturing process has enabled the business to retain its quality control during a period of rapid expansion.

Cath Spitteler: Non Executive Director
Mrs Spitteler is a daughter of the company's founder and has acted in a variety of administrative roles through the years. She has facilitated the introduction of computerisation at Regalia Craft and retains great interest in this aspect of the company's development.

Angelina Italiano: Staff Member
A long -serving staff member, Angelina is experienced in all aspects of operation and has developed considerable skills with gold bullion and other fine work.

Academic Wear

The company is a long-standing manufacturer of academic gowns and hoods; and a retailer of mortar boards and other attire. We are suppliers for a number of Australian Universities and are able to provide a wide array of academic attire - for graduates of Australian and international universities.

We have manufactured academic wear for vice-Chancellors, pro-Chancellors and special attire as may be deemed suitable by individual establishments. A number of these gowns have required elaborate regalia, an area of specialisation for the company which had its roots in bullion embroidery.

We are also hirers of gowns, hoods and mortar boards; and sell used stock for those who wish.
